Why test codes are published
An improvement percentage without its conditions cannot be evaluated. It cannot be compared against another product, and it cannot be corrected if it turns out to be wrong. Publishing the institution, the subject count and the test code turns a marketing figure into something a reader, a clinician or a search engine can verify independently.
Publishing the code also means the figures below can be traced back to a specific report rather than taken on trust. Every value on this page is the measured result recorded under the stated test code.

Patents
Three patents are registered, all naming Seung-chang Lee as inventor. The lead patent, KR 10-1620196, covers a cosmetic composition containing beta-glucan at 0.2 to 5 percent by weight together with extracts of cuttlefish bone, Sophora root, silkworm, castor aralia bark, burdock seed, bamboo leaf and pasque flower. It is worth restating what a patent does and does not establish. Registration confirms that the composition is novel, involves an inventive step and is industrially applicable.
